Each year, BCSP and the BCSP Foundation award scholarships to up to 40 juniors, seniors, and master’s students currently enrolled in a Qualified Academic Program.  The scholarships recognize the students’ dedication to and excellence in their respective programs. While the programs of each of the recipients may differ, a common thread runs throughout each of them: the desire to protect lives in the workplace—inherent in their choice of pursuing an education and a career in EHS is that common cause.

We want to congratulate these students for their academic excellence and pursuit of a noble career path as they go on to become the future leaders, curators, and innovators of the safety profession. If you would like to contribute to the scholarships of these deserving students, you can donate to the Dollars for Safety Scholars campaign. Every dollar donated goes to the students in support of their education.

We also want to thank the volunteers who took the time to review the scholarship applications and choose the recipients. Our volunteers are an integral part of what we do, and we can’t thank them enough for donating their time to help us achieve our mission.

“Receiving the scholarship means dream come true for me. The dream of completing my Master of Occupational Health-Industrial Hygiene. This scholarship reduces the burden of paying fees. I will be able to concentrate and study knowing all my fees have been sorted. Becoming extremely focused to face my academics and make the best out of my studies is definitely a result of the BCSP Foundation scholarship.”

“Receiving this is very special to me, and I am truly honored to receive it. It will help me focus on my studies and not so much on financial burdens for both myself and my family. I am a 4.0 student, and I would not have been able to maintain that without the assistance of scholarships like this one.”

Hallie Ludovissie

“This scholarship will help me tremendously in pursuit of my master’s degree. I was raised by a single mother of four. While she is doing her best, she is not able to assist with tuition costs. I appreciate this scholarship because it allows me to afford the courses, books, and materials.”
