Designing Your Safety Training Backwards

Ever wonder if there is another way to design your safety training? In this presentation, you’ll learn about backward design (also called Understanding by Design®) and how it can be applied to safety training topics. We will demonstrate the use of the backward design process for a safety training topic. We will also discuss how to select and design active learning and evaluation techniques that are suitable for training adults.
