Jane Beaudry

Jane Beaudry, CSP, CHST, STSC recently celebrated over 30 years in the construction industry, with over 25 years of passionate commitment to the health and well-being of her fellow co-workers in a formal safety capacity. In March 2020, she joined Jacobs as the HSE Director for its Life Sciences of North America line of business, managing a staff of over 30 HSE subject matter experts who support approximately 1200 colleagues in the safe design and delivery of complex life sciences projects.  Immediately prior, she was the Construction SHE Lead for AstraZeneca’s large capital construction projects in the Americas for over 6 years, and before that, contributed in a safety leadership role for ENR Top 100 employers as well as US specialty contractors who were the largest in their respective industries. Considered a thought leader among her peers, she is the BSCP Foundation’s newest Board of Trustees member. She has been a finalist judge for the Willis Towers Watson/AGC Construction Safety Excellence Awards for the last 3 years, was on the Curriculum Advisory Committee, and later Adjunct Professor for Wentworth Institute of Technology’s first Construction Safety Management course. Also, throughout her career, she has been an active member or Chair of several construction association safety committees, frequent guest lecturer, and contributing author.
